The room was cozy and clean, and it was nice having a separate entrance. Breakfast was really good too, perfect full english and all that! The atmosphere was chill with a mix of locals and students, made our evenings enjoyable. Parking was easy with the permit they give you!
Only downside was the stairs to the room were super steep and narrow, which might be a problem for some. The wifi was kinda spotty in the room.

After a fun night out, we crashed here and loved that we could just walk in and out freely with our own set of keys. The breakfast was epic, and we appreciated the cozy vibe with the option to hang out in the beer garden or lounge. Just a heads up, the bathroom shower was a tad on the small side, but it didn't dampen our stay at all! 😊

Perfect spot after visiting the Lincolnshire Showground and playing some darts. The staff was super friendly, and we loved that we could park right outside. The room was comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place for a fun getaway.
One little issue was someone trying the door handle at night, but luckily we felt safe overall.

Good value and friendly vibes
We stayed for one night and the room was clean with loads of tea and coffee. The staff were really nice and the pub vibe was cozy. Just a heads up, the stairs are kinda narrow, so keep that in mind if you have big bags. Breakfast was fab too! Perfect for a quick trip.
